Confidentiality

The fundamental need of the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical business is the protection of client confidential information. Prayog as a responsible contract research and manufacturing organization, we give high priority to confidentiality. We agreed to sign along with our client in a confidentiality disclosure agreement (CDA) to start project discussions. Under this agreement, all kinds of project related information such as product information, research results, research interpretation, process information, technical information, analytical information, and any knowledge about the project are protected by an appropriate confidential clause according to business requirement. All our employees are obliged to act under company confidentiality rules and regulations.
